In the modern battlefield environment,the integration of radar identification and communication technology can improve the utilization of spectrum,space,time,energy and other resources,give full play to the advantages of the integration of radar detection and identification communication technology,realize target detection and identification,and obtain target information at the same time.However,for the terminal using this technology,it is still necessary to break through the key technologies such as low computational complexity,low computational power consumption,high integration and low cost.In recent years,radar identification and communication integrated tag has been widely concerned by researchers at home and abroad because of its advantages of low power consumption,miniaturization,low cost and long working time.This paper carries out research on the key technology of identification and communication integrated tags in the X-band,complete the tag overall scheme,identification and communication integration waveform,low computational complexity demodulation algorithm,communication signal processing algorithm,embedded software,low power mechanism,system hardware circuit design and test verification,realize a prototype prototype of the X-band identification and communication integrated label.The main research work of this paper are as follows:1.According to the function and index requirements of the integrated label,designed a universal label platform based on X-band identification and communication integration technology.Single-tag integrated radar communication composite signal receiving and processing,anti-interception transmission signal waveform generation,microwave longdistance wake-up low power consumption,GNSS position information perception,eventdriven master control scheduling mechanism and other functional modules.2.Designed an integrated waveform of identification and communication based on positive and negative chirp signal in the downlink,and designed a demodulation algorithm based on difference statistics and zero-crossing statistics for this waveform.Compared with the traditional matched filter demodulation algorithm of LFM signal,the two algorithms both occupy less logic resources,have lower computational complexity and power consumption,and are suitable for low-power and low-cost identification and communication integrated tags.3.Designed a tag-to-radar identification communication integrated waveform based on chirp high-order phase modulation,and designed a demodulation algorithm based on instantaneous phase characteristic analysis for this waveform.Furthermore,in order to eliminate the jitter at the discontinuous phase caused by noise,designed a fuzzy phase reconstruction algorithm based on threshold comparison.Combining these two algorithms improves the demodulation performance and anti-interference ability under low signal-to-noise ratio conditions.4.Completed the X-band identification communication integrated tag hardware system architecture and radar identification communication,microwave wake-up,GNSS navigation and positioning,main control and power supply and other functional modules and system circuit schematics and layout research design.Completed the software design of identification and communication integration waveform generation,modulation and demodulation algorithm,communication signal processing algorithm,embedded program,etc.Through system software and hardware joint debugging and test verification,the results show that the system has reached the expected technical indicators.The research results of this paper provide a design basis for the research and implementation of low power consumption,miniaturization and high integration radar identification and communication integrated tag,and help to promote the development and application of radar identification and communication integrated technology.
