The quality management of aviation products runs through the manufacturing process of the whole product.The traditional manual quality management has not been able to effectively coordinate and control the production process.Aviation enterprises should combine the methods and processes of quality management,utilize the information technology,strengthen the quality management level of enterprises and realize the quick processing,query and data statistics of the product production process quality problem by the means of information technology.At present,customers are demanding more and more high quality parts quality.In order to ensure high quality and timely delivery,enterprises need to build parts quality analysis information management platform,standardize the way of quality information transmission,help enterprises to master parts quality data in real time,improve the quality management level of enterprises.This thesis research and analyzes the parts production process,turnover process business and quality management requirements of the Composite Material Factory of Chengfei Company.Net platform,using B / S technical architecture,Oracle 11 g database and other technologies,Business process design and database design,business function module structure and page structure are constructed,system code development and safety performance management are realized,and part quality analysis and management platform is established to meet the actual situation of the compound material plant.The quality analysis and management platform for composite parts provides a fast and reliable means for the effective management of quality problem in composite materials plant.The system can record and track the quality problems in the process of production,processing and turnover,record the causes of the problems and measures to solve them,standardize the analysis process of technical quality problem,and provide a basis for the follow-up problem;Realize the comprehensive collection of quality data,strengthen the analysis and statistic ability of various faults and causes;Achieve closed-loop management of part quality issues,provide data support for management,ensure the quality of parts delivered on time.Through the system testing and user feedback,the quality analysis and management platform for composite parts can complete the main tasks of quality problem management,query and data statistical analysis.In the interface design,safety performance design,integrity and stability of the basic meet the needs of the composite material factory,and the user interface in the ease of operation and data statistics module data processing speed need to be further improved.
