The current rapid development of hospital informatization,business software continues to increase,generating and accumulating a large amount of data information,they are distributed in different databases,the quantity of data is huge and relatively independent,the use of these medical information data will improve the level of modern management for the hospital to provide more scientific decision-making support.However,the information query function that every commercial software brings can only provide its own database information inquiry method,can not effectively integrate and analyze the raw data,and can't deeply excavate the value of the data.There are also some problems such as low query efficiency,slow information matching speed,and inability to realize data integration for cross-platform and cross-database comprehensive information query through interface platform interconnection.Knowledge graph is an accurate query for domain-specific knowledge,which can be used to better query complex associated information,understand user intent from the semantic layer,improve search quality,and be able to quickly match and query results,so this thesis focuses on the fast search query function based on knowledge graph,using its encapsulated parsing function to extract data between each different business system,and then using the K nearest neighbor algorithm(KNN),to classify the whole data into medical text,which can solve the above problems.The main work of this thesis is embodied in the following aspects.Firstly,the data extraction and integration techniques of different business systems are studied,the concept of knowledge graph is introduced,and the fast and accurate search function of knowledge graph is proposed,combined with the use of KNN algorithm,the system can query statistic function quickly and accurately across platforms and databases.Secondly,this system focuses on the data needs of hospital managers for management decision making,by integrating business data in the hospital,building a hospital data warehouse,establishing statistical analysis and data mining models and knowledge base,and realizing data analysis of hospital operation and clinical,so as to provide decision making data support for hospital managers in related areas.Thirdly,according to the hospital manager's demand for data information and the system needs to meet the functions,the system of this thesis is designed in terms of software architecture,and each sub-module involved in the query system makes a detailed design,through the operation and statistics between all the resources in the system,combined with the medical management system,to achieve the main system functions such as medical information query,drug information query.Finally,the modules covered in this thesis are implemented to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the system,and the key modules are represented and described with interfaces.
