The fifth generation(5G)mobile communication faces problems such as data transmission rate,end-to-end delay, user peak rate, mobility, traffic density, connection density and etc.,but its solutions are at the cost of power consumption. The Intelligent Reflection Surface technology developed in recent years.Due to its low power consumption and convenient layout,IRS is expected to improve the power efficiency of the network. On the other hand, vertical industries such as smart transportation,industry4.0,telemedicine and etc.involved in 5G have extremely high requirements for the security of data transmission.Blockchain-based secure transmission technology is expected to further enhance information security. Therefore, facing the development trend of ultra 5G and B5G mobile communications,to improve system capacity, spectrum efficiency and security performance, this thesis aims to study the system's resource allocation technology based on the new ideas of Intelligent Reflection Surface and Blockchain. The research content of this thesis is summarized as follows:The first chapter introduces the application background and current situation of Intelligent Reflection Surface and Blockchain in B5G system. The second chapter studies the spectral efficiency problem of multi-user multiple-input single-output systems assisted by Intelligent Reflection Surface;and studies user scheduling by exploring the fairness performance of users under nonlinear proportional constraints. The third and fourth chapters study the further optimization of resource allocation in the cooperative communication network assisted by Intelligent Reflection Surface.Due to the increase in the number of reflective components and the non-negligible energy consumption, these chapters implement Reflection Resource Allocation through the introduction of a modular IRS architecture, and study the reflective resource allocation strategy based on the modular IRS in the IRS-assisted multi-user MISO downlink communication system.Based on the advantages and limitations of self-organizing network and Blockchain technology, the fifth Chapter proposes a blockchain-assisted access control protocol for self-organizing network, which can improve the security performance of the network with a tolerable delay level. At the same time, the PoS negotiation mechanism is used to balance security and delay. In addition,a matching scheme based on competition access is proposed.
