Kerr combs generated in microring resonators attracted widespread attention in the fields of precision measurement and communication,because they have excellent performance,simple generating devices,small size and they are generated in integrated chips.Signal processing technology research based on on-chip integrated dual comb includes two aspects: dual comb spectroscopy based on Kerr optical comb and channelization based on dual comb(Kerr optical comb).On the one hand,dual comb spectroscopy(DCS)uses dual optical combs for coherent detection to achieve spectral measurement.Its excellent performance and simple structure attracted more and more attention;on the other hand,dual comb technology can also be used in channelized receiving.With the increase of communication frequency and bandwidth,in the face of high-density and complex signal environment,channelization technology is widely used.Therefore,by combining the on-chip integrated dual optical comb with dual comb spectroscopy and channelized receiving technology,Kerr comb with excellent performance can be applied to spectral detection and channelized receiving.However,there are relatively few related theoretical researches,especially the signal processing part,which limits the application of Kerr combs to dual-comb spectrum detection and channelized receiving.Based on the Kerr optical soliton generated in the microring resonators,this thesis conducts in-depth research on dual comb spectroscopy and channelized receiving.The main contents and innovations are as follows:1.The stable production of Kerr dual comb is realized.The same pump light source is used to pump the two micro-ring resonators to ensure high coherence between the dual optical combs.Two Kerr optical solitons are generated by the method of auxiliary laser heating,so that the Kerr dual optical comb is in the soliton state and has the best performance.2.Dual comb spectroscopy based on the on-chip integrated dual optical combs is studied.A spectral detection model based on the on-chip integrated dual optical comb is established.Theoretical analysis of sensitivity(an important parameter for measuring spectral detection)is carried out,and the sensitivity formula of spectral detection based on the on-chip integrated dual optical combs is deduced.The dual comb spectroscopy experiment test was carried out to verify the effect of improving the sensitivity of the dual comb spectroscopy by the signal processing method of coherent averaging,and the factors leading to the difference between the experimental and theoretical sensitivity values are discussed.3.Channelized receiving based on the on-chip integrated dual optical combs is studied.A channelization model for OFDM signals using on-chip integrated dual optical combs is proposed,and experimental tests are carried out to achieve channelized receiving of 6 sub-channels and demodulate signals through digital signal processing.The signal-to-noise ratio in the sub-channel is measured.Theoretical formula derivation and simulation analysis of channelization and demodulation based on image-reject scheme is also carried out,and the image frequency suppression ratio is calculated.
