The organization and implementation of conferences are extremely common in power industry.Traditional methods such as email and telephone notifications,paper material printing,hand-signed sign-in forms,and large-screen projections are still important means to support power system types of conferences.It is very necessary to support various meetings of the power system through a set of more convenient conference management system software.Thesis implements a set of conference management system software based on the Android platform.Participate in the entire software development process,from preliminary demand surveys to system design,system implementation,and system testing,to gain a deeper understanding of conferencing systems.The system is divided into two parts: the server and the client.The server primarily provides user management,department management,meeting creation and management,and the client primarily provides functions such as viewing meetings,signing in meetings,and viewing meeting information.Thesis uses common UML model diagrams and Jacobson use case diagrams in software engineering to analyze software requirements and system design.Analyze the program implementation of the system using program flowcharts and program structure diagrams,and finally perform functions on the system using scientific system testing methods.Performance testing and two regression testing allow the system to meet design requirements.Eventually,the handheld conferencing management system was successfully deployed on the utility's intranet server,successfully converting traditional paper conferencing into electronic conferencing.This has greatly improved the efficiency of utility meetings.
