| At present,in the field of industrial production and manufacturing,a large number of X-ray image data of parts are stored in the form of solid film rather than digital image,which not only leads to the increasing cost of management,but also can not mine the existing data value,resulting in a huge waste.With the promotion and development of production,more X-ray physical films are produced,which brings high cost and resource waste to the data storage and management of enterprises,and the digital image transformed by physical films can not be effectively managed and utilized.In recent decades,with the rapid development of computer technology and its application,the advantages of digital information management using computers in factories have gradually emerged.It is an efficient and stable modern information management way to manage and use the enterprise X-ray image data by means of computer technology.In the process of design and development,the main development tools and technologies are ant design interface library,MySQL database,and react and spring boot framework.Combined with the actual business,the functional requirements of digital image management and utilization in X-ray image flaw detection system are analyzed.Based on demand analysis and efficient development technology,the system is divided into various modules,including data collection,data management,data analysis,user interface,authority management,report management and system parameter module.The module is subdivided and designed in detail.In the data analysis module,the auxiliary algorithm combined with artificial intelligence detection algorithm is used to detect the damage information.Finally,summarize the documents produced in the development process,install and configure the development environment needed,test the system functions and modify the errors found in time.Finally,all the functions of the system are accepted,and the system can meet the requirements of efficient and convenient modern information management of X-ray film data. |
