Vehicle radar has the advantages of strong maneuverability and high equipment integration.In case of emergency,vehicle radar can quickly hide and transfer,and has strong survivability.Therefore,it is widely used in modern high-tech war.This paper designs and implements the signal processing system of vehicle radar based on FPGA.Firstly,this paper introduces the theory of related algorithms of radar signal processing system,and simulates the function and performance of each algorithm,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design and implementation of radar system.Secondly,according to the design indexes of the system,this paper determines the overall scheme of radar signal processing system,including the work flow of the system,the scheme of signal processing algorithm and the scheme of hardware,etc.Then,the signal processing algorithm is designed and implemented based on FPGA,including band-pass sampling module,digital quadrature demodulation module,doppler compensation module,pulse compression module,moving target detection module,constant false alarm rate detection module.Finally,the signal processing algorithm is debugged on the hardware platform.After the algorithm is confirmed to be correct,the radar system is verified.The experimental results show that the signal processing system works normally and the design of signal processing algorithm meets the requirements.
