Electromagnetic susceptibility test is one of the EMC tests of the weapon electronic equipment.With the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment in the battlefield,the requirements of electronic equipment sensitivity are higher and higher,and the workload of EMC testing is also increasing.In view of the problems that the equipment under test(EUT)are measured by artificial observation,such as strong subjectivity,low efficiency and nontraceability,this paper presented a monitoring system based on the intelligent video monitoring technology with strong universality,which captures sensitive phenomena accurately and does not need human intervention in the test process.It is of practical engineering significance to promote the EMC automatic test technology.This paper has carried out the relevant research about aiming at the shooting range environment and all kinds of non-standard control instruments.Firstly,the influence model of EMI on equipment is established through quantitative analysis,the parameters of the test system are defined,and the framework of electromagnetic susceptibility monitoring system based on distributed video and the physical simulation platform are designed.Then,according to the different characteristics of the equipment,the paper studies the judging method of the equipment front-back movements based on the binocular vision and the status identifying method of the display equipment based on monocular vision.The different image recognition processes are designed with pertinence and the automatic monitoring software system is completed.The highlights including:(1)The influence model of electromagnetic interference on equipment is established quantitatively.(2)The target localization algorithm based on adaptive local extremum retrieval and standard correlation coefficient matching is proposed,which can complete the multi-target matching of all kinds of display devices without human intervention with strong universality.(3)In the process of image recognition based on least square support vector machine(LSSVM),the chaos mutation distribution estimation algorithm(CEDA)is introduced as the super parameter optimization algorithm of LSSVM,which improves the recognition rate of digital tube.Finally,the monitoring system function is verified through the physical simulation platform,the results show that the system can locate the display equipment with different types and numbers and capture the various effectively capture the electromagnetic sensitive phenomenon of EUT equipment effectively.The versatility is strong,the classification results output is accurate,and the function of generating reports and data traceability are achieved.
