Photoelectric detection technology is a technology to detect or identify a target based on the characteristics of the radiated or reflected light waves of the detected target.With the development of photoelectric detection technology,many photoelectric detector have appeared.According to the theory of threshold performance of different photoelectric detection devices,the equation of sight distance detection in different photoelectric detection devices is studied.This research is convenient to analyze the influence of various parameters on the system sight distance,which is of great significance to the design and development of photoelectric detection device and the development of photoelectric detection technology.In this thesis,three kinds of photoelectric detection detectors,i.e.low light level night vision system,infrared thermal imaging system and laser active imaging system,are discussed,the threshold performance theory of these three kinds of photoelectric detection detectors is studied,the equations of sight distance detection for three kinds of photoelectric detection devices are simulated.Finally,a set of sight distance estimation software based on three kinds of sight distance detection equations is developed,which provides a reference for the development and improvement of photoelectric detection technology.In this thesis,firstly,the principle of LLL night vision system is studied.According to the characteristics of target and background spectral radiation under different night skylight,based on the limited resolution angle of the system,the detection equation of sight distance is simulated,and it is modified from the aspects of dark background noise,target contrast,spectral matching,etc.Secondly,based on the working principle of the infrared thermal imaging system,through the study of the performance evaluation model of the infrared thermal imaging system,the sight distance detection equation based on the Minimum Resolvable Remperature Difference(MRTD)is simulated,and the equation is modified from the radiation temperature difference transmission of the optical system;Then,for the laser active imaging system,by studying the corresponding signal-to-noise ratio model,the detection equation of sight distance is simulated.The above three kinds of sight distance detection equations are verified by tests.Finally,according to the above three different sight distance detection equations,using C++ as programming language,using visual studio and MFC and other tools,a threshold performance evaluation software integrated with three kinds of photoelectric detection systems is developed.Through the test and analysis of the software,the relatively accurate test results are obtained,which shows that the software can complete the evaluation of the photoelectric detection system.
