Then analyzed the knowledge of database about using ADO to connect the database of the damage threshold. Then introduced the dynamic link library (DLL). DLL is the foundation of hybrid programming, this paper illustrates the problem about what is in the DLL and why to use the DLL. Next introduced the knowledge of calling Matlab and Fortran in C# as well as the considerations in calling process and the migration process. Finally, give a comprehensive presentation of the software's features and made two examples by simultaneously.
