Along with the application of laser technology and optoelectronic devices increasingly widespread, particularly in the martial field in recent years, the application of them increasing breadth and depth, the laser destruction of optical system growing importantly, the laser induced damage of the optical system and its protected technology has become an important component of the Electro-Optical Countermeasure field and has become the focus of this study area. Comfirming the laser induced damage threshold is the most important part of the study. Either experiment or numerical calculation can not do without damage threshold. Known the damage threshold of the experimental materials can be a good guide. In the numerical calculation, known the damage threshold can make the results well comparison. In the applications, if there is a more detailed database of the threshold, you can know get whether the target can be cause damage when the laser irradiating before the irradiation and can give a limit to the laser power density and irradiation time.This paper based on the importance of the laser induced damage threshold first analyse the interaction between laser and photoelectric detectors and the interaction between laser and optical film then studied the relevant factors which can impact the laser induced damage threshold. Then I study the determine, measure of the threshold and raised the importance of promoting the international standards of damage threshold. Next described the data collection process pf the damage threshold, analyzes the relevant database technology, including data access technology and data display technology, as well as the related technologies of the access database. In introducing the laser damage software, first introduced the software-based platform-.NET platform.. NET platform is the most advanced compiler platform which Microsoft strongly recommend and it support multiple languages. Analysis the basic framework of the.NET platform and focused on analyzing.NetFramework, ASP.NET and ADO.NET, they are the most important component of.NET platform. Then analyzed the knowledge of database about using ADO to connect the database of the damage threshold. Then introduced the dynamic link library (DLL). DLL is the foundation of hybrid programming, this paper illustrates the problem about what is in the DLL and why to use the DLL. Next introduced the knowledge of calling Matlab and Fortran in C# as well as the considerations in calling process and the migration process. Finally, give a comprehensive presentation of the software's features and made two examples by simultaneously. The last of the paper make a summarized for the article and make a prospects for the future work.
