On January 1,2019,the Learning Power learning platform produced by the Central Propaganda Department was launched.The platform focuses on learning and propagating Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and provides users with various information and learning content resources for free.Later,the scale of users expanded rapidly and became a phenomenon-level product in the Internet field.In February of the same year,the Hebei Learning Platform was launched as one of the local learning platforms in the Learning Power general platform,providing information and learning content of Hebei for users of the Learning Power and becoming an important window for displaying Hebei's image.At present,scholars have conducted few studies on related content from the perspective of agenda setting theory,and most of them are qualitative researches.This paper introduces quantitative research,uses literature analysis method,content analysis method,and comparative research method to set up operating mechanisms based on the Hebei learning platform's agenda,and sample and analyze the content pushed by the Hebei learning platform in order to dig out problems and draw up a promotion strategy that is more suitable for practical applications.Since the Hebei learning platform was launched,with the advantages of the top-level design of the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department,it has aggregated mainstream media content at all levels of the central,provincial,and prefecture levels,with a positive agenda setting,diverse presentation forms,and a positive image.However,there are still some problems.In terms of push,the push time is too long.The fixed and push model has one side,ignoring the audience-oriented needs.In terms of content,audiovisual content and original content are relatively lacking,title display is cluttered,personalized content is lacking,framework construction is out of balance,and interactive channels are not perfect.The existence of these problems will affect the audience's perception and understanding of the media image of Hebei learning platform.In order to increase the prominence of the agenda,Hebei learning platform needs to adopt targeted promotion strategies.In terms of push,it is necessary to pay attention to the personalized oriented needs of the audience,reasonably plan the push time,and try to make personalized push.In terms of content,it is necessary to make full use of information visualization to strengthen the innovation of video and audio content;to increase subtitle settings,balance the content of each channel,and make the platform framework clearer and complete;to increase high-quality original content and create characteristic learning content.Reshape the platform's right to speak;to develop content service functions and explore the construction of a unique new sub-platform;finally,to meet the needs of users for interactive functions,and develop offline activities in multiple forms to achieve agenda setting and then strengthen.The solution of the above problems can improve the content push of the Hebei learning platform and promote it to achieve the effect of agenda setting,so as to better show the image of the beautiful Hebei province with a strong economy to users across the country,so that the platform has greater development space.
