As a powerful data processing and analysis technology, algorithms are exerting an increasing influence in the field of news dissemination. Its wide application in the field of communication has profoundly changed all aspects of content production, channel distribution, and information connection. With data as the core and algorithms as the operating logic of the communication paradigm,it is shaping the most important and efficient intelligent communication mode of the moment. But at the same time, because of its special attributes that are fundamentally different from other media technologies, algorithms have also become "actors" with independent awareness and decision-making capabilities to a certain extent, and have caused them to interact with users and platforms.Ethical risks. This article focuses on the application of algorithm technology and potential ethical risks by combining individual cases and related theories, and proposes corresponding theoretical and practical countermeasures. This article is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, focusing on the background, significance, and innovation of the topic, and a review of the current research on algorithm technology and media ethics in the academic circles at home and abroad;the second part focuses on Explains and introduces the actor network theory, and based on this theory, defines the algorithm as "non-human actor";the third part focuses on the impact and impact of the algorithm on the news dissemination order from the content, channel, and communication identity.Reshaping, and pointed out that algorithms have become the "compulsory channel point" of current communication activities, and become the dominant technology in the field of communication;the fourth part is from the main violation of human beings caused by the algorithm as the actor, the transparency risk and the action caused by the translation of the algorithm. How the algorithm of “mandatory channel point” concocts the three dimensions of dissemination content full of authoritarian and discriminatory colors, and explains in detail the ethical risks caused by the algorithm;the fifth part cultivates a large number of "false needs" from the algorithm, the imbalance between tool rationality and value rationality,Algorithm-assisted over-commercial application of information and conflicts between individual choice and public responsibility and other content in multiple dimensions and multiple directions, further digging out the root causes of this ethical risk, and proposing that, fundamentally,it is because of brand-newness.The algorithm technology of the company has caused a serious impact on the old ethics and communication order. Therefore, the ethical dilemma caused by algorithms also requires multi-dimensional ethical regulations, and through these regulations, the order of communication is re-established.After the introduction and analysis of the first few parts, the final sixth part proposes corresponding solutions.Responding to and regulating the ethical risks caused by algorithms requires both theoretical improvement and practical regulation. On the theoretical level,we need to re-define the identity of the algorithm, sort out the relationship between the algorithm and people, and be alert to the excessive increase in the identity of the algorithm by the actor network theory and the damage to the humanistic spirit by computational representationalism;on the practical level,in terms of regulation The ethical risks caused by algorithms need to be specifically formulated in terms of improving relevant legislation,re-introducing the role of "human" outside of technology, appropriate anti-connection and high-efficiency connection, and supervision and control of the computing process.
