The helmet type low-light night vision device is a visual telephoto system,and its performance directly affects the safety of the user.At present,the detection equipment used for night vision devices occupy a large space and have a single function,and the detection results lack objectivity.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a miniaturized,high detection accuracy,and comprehensive detection instrument.This article first determines the detection indicators of the comprehensive detection system according to the relevant manufacturing standards for low-light products,designs the optical path of the comprehensive detection system of resolution,field of view,and binocular characteristics,and establishes automatic detection of binocular characteristics,field of view and resolution Mathematical model.According to the requirements of the detection index,the specifications of the collimating objective lens and the digital front lens are determined,and the selection of the light source and the image sensor is completed.Based on this,an integrating sphere-type target generator with a large field of view and high uniform illumination is proposed,and the design of illumination calibration and target division for different detection parameters is completed.The image is denoised and thresholded,and the camera calibration is completed.In the automatic detection of the field of view,the coordinates of the vertices of the field of view are obtained through the smallest circumscribed rectangle.In the automatic detection of binocular characteristics,the center range of the two crosses is determined by the template matching method,and the gray barycentric method is used to accurately locate the center.In the resolution detection,the contrast discrimination criterion in this paper is first determined,the resolution pattern position is determined based on the Hough circle detection algorithm,and finally the system resolution is determined by the contrast threshold.Use Visual Studio 2017 to write MFC applications to achieve detection,saving and data traceability.The comprehensive detection equipment designed in this paper is optically calibrated to complete the calibration of the detection function.After calibration,the low-light night vision device to be inspected is tested and the results are analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive detection system studied in this paper is accurate and reliable.
