Research On Graphic Programming Method Of Industrial Data Management System

With the rapid development of the field of intelligent manufacturing,the massive business data generated by manufacturing companies in production has become a valuable asset for the development of manufacturing companies.Industrial data management systems based on text programming require developers to be proficient in programming languages and related industrial Internet communication technologies.There are problems such as high technical thresholds,poor reusability,and difficulty in system upgrades.This paper studies a graphical program programming technology,which is used to realize the graphical codeless development of industrial data acquisition and management programs.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,on the basis of studying the related graphical programming standards and industrial Internet communication technology,the graphical programming method and technical plan are formulated,the method of graphical development of database design is given,and the graphical development and development of data collection are formulated.Programming technology for database graphical development.Secondly,I studied the E-R diagram program for database design,designed the program conversion technology between E-R diagram and graphical program,defined the structure of the graphical program,established the E-R diagram program model and interface model,and developed the JSON of the program model.Description file and parsing program.Thirdly,referring to the function block program model in the IEC61131-3 standard,the commonly used data acquisition and data processing algorithms are encapsulated,and the instruction set of the function block program is created.Designed the program structure of the function block program,established a unified JSON description method for the graphical program composed of function block instructions,developed a program compilation method for the function block program based on the AOV diagram,and converted the graphical program into the target of the Internet system The program realizes the graphical development of data acquisition and management programs.Finally,the function of graphical programming technology was verified.The graphical programming technology is verified through engineering examples.Through graphical codeless program development,it can effectively simplify the development workload of control engineers from database design to data acquisition.The system has strong reusability and short development cycle,which has a certain significance for the improvement of industrial control software development efficiency.
