In recent years,due to the great impact of influenza virus on human life,virus detection technology has great significance and influence on the early detection and diagnosis of influenza virus in the medical field.However,the traditional detection technology is not conducive to the defense of influenza virus due to the complex operation,waste of reagents and lack of automation.So the virus detection device with simpler operation and convenient use needs to be developed.Based on this objective,this paper aimed to take H7N9 influenza virus as the detection object,assisted by 3D magnetophoretic microfluidic and magnetic label,an automated detection device was constructed.In this paper,using the self-designed valve-controlled sampling chip,combined with STM32F107 chip as the core of the SCM control system,the reagent automatic control of sampling is realized.Then,a 3D magnetophoretic microfluidic chip was designed and made.The microfluidic chip was integrated with a micro magnetic field.Then,the virus protein and other impurities were separated by magnetic immune microspheres combined with magnetic field force.The isolated and magnetically labeled viral protein is passed into the antibody-coated capillary glass tube,there will form an immune complex on the inner wall of the glass tube.The glass tube was placed in the detection area of the OPB350 liquid sensor selected in this paper.Because the IMBs is black and lightproof.The complex with different concentrations will affect the output voltage of the sensor.The concentration of the virus can be detected by collecting the output voltage of the sensor.The platform is equipped with a touch-screen control panel.The experimental process can be controlled by the panel and the detection results of virus concentration can be viewed on it.The platform improves the degree of automation,and automatic control of injection helps to reduce reagent waste,complex operation and other problems.In addition,the 3D microfluidic chip can also be applied to other markers to realize the separation and enrichment of multi-target markers.
