With the acceleration of global economic integration,"Made in China" has played an increasingly important role in the world,facing the user's expectations of higher product quality,China's manufacturing industry in the spare no effort to improve their own Technology and equipment,in this context,the machine vision technology in China has entered a rapid development period.Liquid separation control is a common process in the extraction and purification of industrial mixtures.The traditional liquid separation control is determined by the workers waiting in front of the reactor.The time of the valve is determined by observing the type of solvent flowing in the infusion pipe.Efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.This paper designs a set of automatic control system based on machine vision technology,which has the disadvantages of low efficiency,easy fatigue,and easy monitoring effect.The monitoring method based on machine vision technology has High efficiency,high precision,high reliability,24 hours of continuous work and so on.Since the solvent in the mixture has different solubility,the solvent with large density is deposited on the bottom of the reactor,and the solvent with low density is suspended in the upper part of the reactor.Generally different solvents have different light transmittance.The dispensing system realizes the image of the solvent flow in the infusion pipe in real time,quantifies the light transmittance of the solvent through the image processing algorithm,and makes the decision on the switch of the valve,so as to achieve the purpose of automatic liquid separation.Firstly,analyzes the background and significance of the research,introduces the application status of the machine vision technology at home and abroad and the composition of the machine vision system.According to the application requirements,the hardware subsystem of the liquid separation system is subdivided into video acquisition module,signal processing Module,and light source module.Then,the selection of video processor,embedded MCU,embedded operating system and Windows GUI application development framework is completed.Then,the video acquisition board,signal processing board,And then the underlying software development platform to build and transplant,including TFTP/NFS server,cross-compiler tool chain and Hi3516C SDK development kit,and then the PCB design and installation process,Installation,u-boot,linux kernel,root file system rootfs,OpenCV computer vision library,IMX322 image sensor driver development and transplantation,in order to achieve the sensor offline running and introduced the FLASH programming method;in the system software design and implementation part This paper analyzes the working principle of the Hi3516C video coprocessor subsystem and the architecture of the MPP multimedia platform framework provided by Haisi.On this basis,it realizes the upper application of video acquisition,image preprocessing and image coding.Light source control board application program,based on Qt developed the corresponding remote centralized management application software;Finally,the entire dispensing sensor hardware and software were tested and installed.
