As the scale of Io T services continues to expand,Io T services under the cloudedge-end architecture present characteristics such as loose distribution and massive independence.In addition to the traditional basic information,Io T services have typical location information and the resulting services have location association,data association,control dependency,and other related relationship information.In this context,it is obvious that the traditional centralized management of services cannot efficiently manage the large-scale distributed Io T services with multiple associations,so the distributed management of Io T services is an inevitable trend.How to design a distributed management architecture for Io T services that is compatible with the cloudside end architecture and conducive to improving the efficiency of service discovery and management is the primary problem to be solved.On the other hand,how to identify and manage the diverse association relationships among services,and quickly discover the required services through service associations in location,data,control,etc.are also the focus of service discovery work.A service association network is a kind of directed graph composed of nodes and relationships,which can represent multiple association relationships between services.How to explore the diverse relationships between services from the massive and widely distributed services and build the service association network with integrated modeling,as well as how to realize relationship extraction,fusion,and association analysis for different scenarios and requirements to quickly discover the required services is also an urgent problem to be solved in this paper.In the face of the above problems,this paper firstly proposes a distributed management architecture for Io T services in federation with the cloud,secondly defines the association network model,and further proposes a service association network construction and updating method,and finally discusses the service management and discovery strategy under the above distributed architecture and service association network,and the main research contents are as follows.Firstly the clusters of Slave and Master nodes are used to establish service addressing channels at the edge and the cloud,and the Slave nodes are used to sense the service status and correct the service routing,while the location attributes are added between Masters and form a cloud ring(Chord-Master-Cloud)based on the Chord protocol,and the powerful distributed routing capability of Chord is used to realize the cooperative addressing of multiple Master nodes in the cloud.The powerful distributed routing capability of Chord is used to realize the cooperative addressing of multiple Master nodes in the cloud,to build a powerful service routing network in the cloud and the edge and realize the distributed management of Io T services.Secondly,we use a directed graph to portray the service association network model,explore a method to analyze service control dependency,data dependency,and location dependency through existing service combinations and build service association network,and formulate service association network update strategy,and use graph traversal,community discovery and improved HFPGrowth association rule mining algorithms to mine and extract dependency relationships among services to form corresponding The data,control,and dependency graphs are used to complement and optimize the service association network for service discovery.Finally,we discuss the service registration management and discovery mechanism under this architecture and service association network,elaborate the service registration management process from the perspective of the algorithm,verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the service discovery method based on service association network by using the highway emergency disposal scenario,and further validate it by functional verification(generation of dependency graph),algorithm execution time(comparison with the traditional Apriori and FPGrowth algorithms).The service discovery results experiment compares this paper with the traditional keywordbased query and semantic matching query in terms of accuracy and recall indexes,and the experimental results show that this paper has good performance in all indexes.Based on the above principles and methods,this paper combines the design and implementation of a service discovery system based on the service association network,and the design process and implementation methods adopted in this paper are of certain value for the study of such problems.
