Research On Social Reading Service Model Of Public Library Based On Smart Technology

In recent years,social reading has become more and more respected by the public,and at the same time it has become one of the most potential intelligent services in libraries.As a public cultural institution serving the general public,public libraries need to be more oriented towards readers' needs and innovate reading services.In order to meet the individual needs of readers,a smart library that uses smart technology as a means and is characterized by sharing,efficiency and convenience is bound to be the new direction of future library development,and social reading services are bound to be the new idea of future library reading services.In the context of smart library,how to use smart technology to build a social reading service platform more suitable for readers has become one of the urgent problems in the field of library social reading.With the help of smart technology and advanced concepts,this paper explores the social reading service model of public libraries,which has both theoretical and practical significance for the development and maturity of reading.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Investigate and research the Toutiaohao of Chinese public libraries in Today Headlines.The survey results show that public library reading services are in a period of transition to social reading services,and the overall situation is relatively good.The number of libraries that have opened Toutiaohao is increasing,focusing on the quality of content and readers' social behaviors,and some libraries toutiaohao have good Toutiaohao Gsdata Index.In general,Today Headlines is worth trying to provide social reading services for libraries.In the survey,it was also found that there were some problems with the Toutiaohao of the library,such as the serious two-level divergence of Toutiaohao Gsdata Index and the small number of fans in some libraries.(2)On the basis of the smart library,the social reading service model of the public library is systematically constructed using smart technology.Based on theoretical research and practical investigations,on the basis of the three elements of traditional reading,the four elements of social reading are conceived,and the framework of the social reading model is designed in combination with smart technology,and the sub-system of the social reading service model is constructed from four perspectives.They are the social reading retrieval service model based on knowledge graph,the social reading recommendation service model based on user profile,the social reading network community service model based on information ecology,and the social reading multi-media service model based on new media.(3)The Shanghai Library,which is more representative of providing social reading service,is selected as the case study object,and the core content of its social reading service in the official website,the digital reading application,the We Chat public platform,and Today Headlines are analyzed.On this basis,reasonable suggestions are put forward on the cases and common problems in the social reading service of most public libraries in my country.
