With technology developing,communication will become the key factor to our social development.Meanwhile,the demand for communication in various scenarios has grown dramatically,making communication play more and more important role in our world.Heaven and Earth Integrated communication system combines the advantages of ground-based communication and space-based communication,effectively improving the communication performance in communication quality,coverage,transmission means,etc.In addition,emergency communication has the characteristics of flexibility and speed,which can efficiently respond to various emergencies and marine disasters,and effectively guarantee the personal safety of marine operators.Finally,the performance of communication can be greatly affected by congestion control.As scenarios become more and more diversified,research on congestion control in different scenarios can help our country improve communication performance.All of these will help our country go further towards the goal of a maritime power.High latency,route changing and high speed is the main feature of the system.This article is divided into two parts.The first part mainly studies the performance of the Emergency communication system which is under the environment of Heaven and Earth Integrated.Combining its characteristics of high packet loss rate and easy routing changes,the standard congestion control algorithm TCP Vegas which is applied in Space-based Transport Protocol is selected as the research object,and the problems of easy packet loss and insufficient acceleration in the slow start stage are improved by modifying the algorithm parameters and bandwidth estimation,at last,the routing changing judgment mechanism is used to make up for the algorithm's failure to identify congestion and routing changes,so as to improve the performance of congestion control algorithm in this environment.The second part mainly studies the communication performance under high-speed network environment.Comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various improved congestion control algorithms,and effectively improve the throughput and fairness of congestion control algorithms in high-speed network environments by adopting a scheme based on the synergy of delay information and packet loss information.It provides a foundation for communication research under the general trend of high-speed network development in the future.And verify the study by the NS-2.
