The purpose of studying the double-tank liquid level control system is to verify the accuracy of the genetic algorithm identification system and the effect of the PID control strategy in the system by simulating the process principle of liquid level control in the industry.This paper takes the self-developed and designed double-tank liquid level control system as the actual controlled object,uses genetic algorithm to identify the system parameters,obtains the transfer function of the system model,and conducts experiments and analysis on the control performance of the system based on this.The analysis and comparison of simulation experiment results and model output results fully demonstrate that the experimental system is stable and reliable,and has certain theoretical research value and secondary development value.The whole article is divided into four aspects:hardware design,software development,simulation experiment and model output experiment.First,the preliminary design of the system model,including hardware selection,water tank structure drawing design,electrical drawing design,and water tank system assembly;The second part is the software development,including the development of early signal acquisition and output program of LabVIEW software,the development of mid-term PID control program and the configuration of later server remote monitoring,programming genetic algorithm identification system model program and building PID control program in MATLAB;Next is the simulation experiment,The simulation experiment first sends the model data obtained from the open-loop experiment transfers to MATLAB for identification.The parameters that need to be identified are gain K and time constants T1 and T2,thus obtaining the transfer function of the double-tank system,which sent to the completed PID control program for simulation test;Finally,the model output experiment.Use the acquisition control program in LabVIEW to perform open-loop experiments to obtain experimental data,thereby obtaining the system model transfer function,LabVIEW and the dual-tank hardware system carried out PID parameter tuning experiments,step experiments,and The water tank liquid level interference experiment and server remote monitoring experiment,in which the PID control experiment data is used for comparative analysis with the simulation experiment.Through continuous observation of the overall system operation effect,and verification of the three experimental results of simulation experiment,system model output experiment,and network monitoring,the stability,reliability and practical application value of the system are fully affirmed.
