Oil is the pillar industry in China's economic field.In the process of oil exploitation,production,storage and transportation,dynamic monitoring of oil storage is an important part of production management in oil storage area,and also an important technical measure to ensure the safe and efficient operation of oil storage equipment.At present,the vast majority of oil storage monitoring system adopts fieldbus technology,which has the defects of engineering wiring difficulties,high failure rate,and also has some urgent problems to be solved,such as data acquisition is not timely,data processing is slow,monitoring module is single,data storage is small and so on.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this paper develops an oil storage dynamic monitoring system with high efficiency data acquisition ability,fast data transmission ability and high reliability of various functions.In this paper,based on the analysis of the overall development status of oil storage monitoring technology at home and abroad,aiming at the current problems of oil storage monitoring system,a new type of oil storage dynamic monitoring system is developed.The system takes ARM-STM32F103C8T6 as the core processor,designs and constructs sensor acquisition module,wireless transmission module,power supply module and RS485 to TTL module,uploads the collected data to One NET cloud platform through wireless Wi-Fi module,and completes the data visualization interface design of the monitoring system by using the latest One NET-View3.0 data visualization module,Log in One NET cloud platform through PC terminal to realize dynamic remote monitoring of oil storage.At the same time,signal filtering algorithm is added to the system to optimize the anti-interference of data transmission signal,which further improves the signal transmission efficiency.The research and development of the monitoring system can ensure the timely and accurate sending and receiving of monitoring data.Reducing the probability of accidents to the greatest extent,and facilitating the staff to carry out the oil storage monitoring work safely and efficiently.The research of this paper not only helps to promote the further development of oil monitoring system,but also makes up for the deficiencies in the field of dynamic monitoring of oil storage.It has practical significance to improve the performance of domestic oil monitoring system and improve the safe operation of oil storage area,and has great application prospects.
