With the rapid development of the domestic e-commerce and postal express industries,the rapid growth of demand for online shopping and off-site purchases,the business volume of postal express businesses is increasing day by day,and there are higher requirements for logistics and distribution.At present,the cost of logistics and transportation in China is relatively high,and the timeliness of the transportation of goods is also high.How to effectively improve the efficiency of distribution of goods and reduce the cost of logistics and transportation is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper applies heuristic algorithm to the system design of logistics distribution path optimization.Based on the study of the logistics distribution path problem and the situation of road congestion in the logistics distribution path,this paper builds a logistics distribution path optimization model.The objective function of the model includes the basic transportation cost,congestion loss cost and penalty cost.And the minimum cost is the optimization goal of logistics distribution path.Using this model can reduce the total cost of the distribution process,improve the efficiency of logistics vehicle distribution,and improve customer satisfaction.In order to better solve the logistics distribution path model,this paper proposes a hybrid algorithm based on particle swarm and artificial bee colony.The improvement of the algorithm includes the regeneration of new particle mechanism and the improvement of boltzmann selection.On the basis of verifying the effectiveness of the improved algorithm,the proposed improved algorithm is used to solve the optimization model of logistics distribution path,which can reduce the total cost of logistics distribution,effectively improve the efficiency of logistics distribution,and thus improve the income of postal express enterprises.This paper designs and implements a logistics distribution path optimization system,and tests the main functions of the system.The test results show that the logistics distribution path system can meet the path optimization needs in actual logistics distribution,reduce the total cost in logistics distribution,and has strong practical application value.
