The Beidou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)provides real-time position,speed and time information,making the system widely used in transportation,meteorology,communications and other industries.In addition,the stable operation of the BDS has promoted the formation of the navigation industry chain.In the process of system improvement and development,the application frequency of the Beidou terminal in the market is also increasing.Therefore,the automatic maintenance and testing of terminal equipments is becoming an urgent problem.Aiming at the development of the corresponding fault diagnosis system according to the function and performance index of the terminal equipment to be tested,integrates the embedded system,the hardware platform forms the maintenance platform,and the platform integrates the multi-function detection,maintenance and index testing into one.The terminal equipment to be tested is divided into six modules,which are the whole machine module,the receiver module,the receiver channel,the integrated radio frequency module,the anti-interference module and the power amplifier/filter module,and the function detection and index test of these six modules are carried out.Proceed from the reality,this system introduces CART(Classification And Regression Tree)in the system design process,and compares the software after adding the algorithm with the traditional diagnostic software,which can improve the equipment maintenance efficiency and reduce the labor cost.In this thesis,the fault diagnosis system of navigation terminal is developed and designed to improve the maintenance efficiency by treating the maintenance requirements of the test terminal equipment and the design experience of the navigation terminal diagnosis software.The specific work is as follows:(1)Requirement analysis and implementation systemIn the module test,there are two modes,automatic test and manual test.The automatic test tests all items in the module test interface according to the set process,while the manual test is applicable to the maintenance mode,and WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation)technology is used to realize the fault diagnosis system of navigation terminal.(2)Fault diagnosis techniqueThe CART algorithm is used to judge terminal faults,and the historical data tested by the module is taken as the sample set to train the CART decision tree model and analyze the performance of the model,so as to provide maintenance basis for maintenance personnel and improve their work efficiency.(3)Test data generation reportsAfter the automatic test of each module,the data obtained from the interface will be saved to the report template to generate maintenance report for the reference of maintenance personnel.In addition,the maintenance report contains the fault classification of test data by the background code to help maintenance personnel make judgment.
