The manufacturing process and design methods of traditional microfluidic chips have restricted the development of microfluidic chips in many ways.Based on micro-nano additive manufacturing technology and the modular design ideas in industrial design,the microfluidic chip is modularized.In terms of theoretical research,this thesis comprehensively researched various module division methods.This thesis focused on the mapping relationship between user needs and product modules.It used FAST analysis method and open structure product research method to establish microfluidic chip product function Tree.This thesis also combed the product architecture of the microfluidic chip,thus completed the module division of the microfluidic chip.This thesis takes the micropump module as the main research object.In this thesis,Comsol simulation software is used to simulate and calculate the four types of cone tube structures.Through theoretical calculations,it is finally found that the cone tube with three-dimensional sawtooth wall has the highest efficiency.In this thesis,Comsol software is also used to simulate the piezoelectric pumps with single pump chamber and double pump chamber in parallel.According to the output of the software,it is found that the parallel micropumps with double pump chambers can effectively play a role in smoothly outputting the liquid flow.After simulating and optimizing the internal structure of piezoelectric micropump,this thesis uses the idea of analog design to carry out innovative design of micropump.In this thesis,a splicable automobile engine micropump structure and a rocket multi-stage acceleration micropump structure are proposed,and a charged particle type multistage acceleration micropump layout method is also proposed.The main advantages of micropumps of engine-driven piezoelectric micropumps are autonomous splicing and multi-speed flow output.Through the integrated logic control of the piezoelectric drive module of the engine-type micropump,only three combinations of basic modules can realize the output of 7 kinds of flow.The layout of the charged micro-pump micro-pump provides a new idea for the module layout of the micro-fluidic chip.This micro-pump layout solves the problem that the experiment cannot be completed due to the loss of micro-fluid pressure in the traditional microfluidic chip.Finally,this thesis designs the module general interface and other modules of the microfluidic chip.Through the modular integration of the microfluidic chip,the functional product library of the modular microfluidic chip is established,and the development model of the modular microfluidic chip is also summarized.
