Simple describes the principle of using UV integrated biological chip to detect biological warfare agents. This article has designed and produced a PDMS microfluidic channels can be used as the flow channel of the specimen in UV integrated biological chip.In this article, we used PDMS silicone rubber as material and fabricated the substrate of microfluidic channel by re-molding method. The technological process includes the following steps:Designing the structure of PDMS Microfluidic channels, making the photolithography masks, using photolithography and etching process to fabricate a silicon female mold, using the PDMS of the ratio of matrix and curing agent is10:1to fabricate the PDMS substrate by twice molding process. After study on the mass ratio of PDMS polymer on effect of bond strength and surface modification technology, we decided to use the PDMS of the ratio of matrix and curing agent is5:1to fabricate the cover sheet, took the cover sheet together with the substrate under the mercury lamp for3.5h to Complete the surface modification of UV irradiation and conducted a irreversible bonding, Completed the fabrication of PDMS Microfluidic channels and discussed the bonding mechanism.
