The thesis uses publishing system theory,gatekeeper theory,media information theory and other related theories to study the development rules and characteristics of the publishing of Sichuan ancient books since the reform and opening up.The article examines the general situation,organizational structure and product planning of Sichuan ancient books publishing since the reform and openingup from the macro,meso and micro levels.It summarizes the development laws and characteristics and belongs to the special history of contemporary Sichuan ancient book publishing.The research object of the thesis is the publishing activities of Sichuan ancient books after the reform and opening up.The data sample scope is mainly based on 5companies including Bashu Book Club,Sichuan Nationalities Publishing House,Sichuan University Press,Sichuan People's Publishing House and Southwest Jiaotong University Press.The article attempts to analyze three important issues through the use of various research methods such as participation observation,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews,and bibliometrics: one is the development overview of Sichuan ancient books publishing in this period;the other is the organization of ancient book publishing organizations from the outside to the inside The construction problem;the third is the planning problem of ancient book publishing products under the compilation and distribution system.And hope that through the study of the above issues,it can provide some theoretical and practical reference materials for the prosperity of Sichuan ancient.The text is divided into three research parts.The first part studies the general situation of the publishing of ancient books in Sichuan since the reform and opening up.By analyzing the bibliographic data of five publishing institutions,it summarizes the changes in the number of ancient books published,the distribution of publishing content categories,and the achievements and development causes of ancient books.The characteristics of the three development stages of the recovery period,the exploration period,and the transformation period are discussed,and finally the three shortcomings of publishing ancient Sichuan books are summarized:repeated topic selection,unbalanced sorting methods,and insufficient use of book promotion channels.The second part studies the Sichuan ancient book publishing organization system.The study found that the external organization is transformed from Ushaped structure to M-shaped structure,which has the obvious characteristics of organizational authority and integration of organizational structure.Taking the Bashu Book Club as an example,the internal organizational structure tends to be flexible and flexible in the formation of departments.Although the early staff composition is mainly based on talent transfer and plan training,the publishing team has always maintained professionalism and stability.The third part studies the characteristics of ancient book publishing product planning,starting with the analysis of the four subsystem elements of content,form,publicity and marketing.The study found that,because ancient book publishing is different from other publishing types,most of the planning authors have the characteristics of high authority and professionalism,and the planning topics are characterized by four distinctive characteristics of continuity,regionality,difference and epoch.The format design of ancient books emphasizes the unity of content and style.The cover design focuses on embodying artistic aesthetics and traditional cultural connotation.Through case studies on the book design award-winning books,the characteristics of ancient books focusing on design integrity in form planning are summarized.In terms of publicity and marketing planning,Sichuan ancient books have various ways of publicity.Under the influence of changes in communication technology,although they have experienced three transitional stages of traditional,online and media integration publicity,book reviews,event promotion and media promotion are still the ancient books at this stage.The three main ways to promote books.Taking the Bashu Book Club as a representative,Sichuan ancient book publishing products focus on precision marketing and overseas marketing,but when they conducted a brand awareness questionnaire survey,they also found that the Bashu Book Club had a problem of low brand awareness.Finally,in the concluding part of the thesis,the paper summarizes the full text,puts forward the preliminary countermeasures for publishing ancient Sichuan books,points out the deficiencies of the thesis itself,and puts forward prospects for future research.
