With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the national policy support for the popularization of new energy automobile,China's automobile ownership has repeatedly reached a new high.The safety and comfort of the automobile is the primary consideration for people to buy the automobile.Shock absorber is an important part of driving experience.Many countries and enterprises attach great importance to shock absorber test,and have issued a series of related test standards.With the increasing requirements of test standards on the quality and performance of shock absorbers,in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,the types and times of tests are gradually increasing.The existing Test Data Management(TDM)System solves the basic test data management problem to a certain extent,but with the increase of test tasks and the shortening of test task cycle,the test center has higher and higher requirements on test task management,test data processing and analysis,which makes many traditional TDM systems incompetent.In view of the above problems,this paper designed and developed the automobile shock absorber task scheduling and test data analysis system based on the shock absorber test management requirements of an automobile shock absorber company in Longquan.The main work includes:(1)This paper analyzes the current research status of the test data management system,investigates the needs of the test center on the spot,sorts out the business process of shock absorber test,check the relevant test standards,and puts forward solutions according to the main problems existing at present.(2)According to the requirement analysis,the overall architecture design,functional module design and database design are completed.In the R & D process,for the confusion of business management,the system implements standardized business process management according to the needs of different roles;for the needs of test sample identification,the scanning code technology is used to realize the function of sample identification and test progress record;for the needs of generating test report,HTML template and Word XML technology are used to realize the automatic generation of test report.(3)Aiming at the complicated and chaotic problem of a large number of tasks,a mathematical model of task scheduling was designed.The genetic algorithm was used to realize the scientific scheduling of tasks,which increased the utilization rate of test equipment and shortened the response period of tasks.(4)Aiming at the problem of processing and analyzing a large number of test data in the process of test,the method of memory mapping file is put forward to improve the speed of file reading.In the aspect of data analysis,the time-domain characteristic analysis and the indicator characteristics analysis are studied,in which the indicator characteristics analysis is the key point of shock absorber test,and the concave discrimination method and symmetry analysis method are designed.
