Optical coherence tomography(OCT)is a new type of optical imaging technique developed rapidly in recent years.It is widely used in medical diagnosis such as ophthalmology,oral cavity,skin,stomach and cardiovascular.Based on the Furrier Domain OCT(FD-OCT)system and combined with its high-resolution,fast scanning speed,real-time,non-invasive and other advantages,we present a new three-view cooperative scanning optical structure of the sample arm based on a low coherence source in 1.3?m central wavelength for extra-vascular imaging in order to meet the needs of real-time imaging in the intraoperative microsurgical vessel anastomosis and to break through the bottleneck that the penetration depth is limited by OCT scanning model.The development of this hand-held probe is of great importance to microsurgery in the assessment of vascular lesions and assessment of vascular health.Combined with the principle of FD-OCT imaging technique,this paper mainly studies the hand-held probe from several aspects of optical design,mechanical design,drive control and image processing,specifically includes the following four parts:1,Combined with the imaging principle of the FD-OCT system,we've studied and compared with different kinds of sample arm structures applied to scanning devices.Aimed at the application of intraoperative microvascular imaging,an optical structure based on MEMS-driven with a three-dimensional cooperative scanning mode was proposed,it owned a 3*3mm scanning range and we also used ZEMAX to evaluate the image quality and did tolerance analysis of the optical system to ensure the feasibility of the program.2,Based on Solid Works environment and ergonomic,we have designed the mechanical structure of OCT hand-held probe and improved the probe's fine-tuning function,then a compact package of optical components and reasonable assembly of the components are achieved.We have also designed a miniature stage that can be used with a hand-held probe to adapt to a vascular model within 3mm and to prevent jitter at the same time.3,We have manufactured the OCT hand-held probe and completed the task of building FD-OCT system platform and debugging equipment.By designing the MEMS driving module of the handheld probe,we analyzed and simulated the scanning path,and the synchronization of the PC image acquisition and MEMS horizontal scanning was realized through the control program of the DAQ.4,Imaging with the vascular tissues range from 1?3mm diameters,we designed the denoising algorithm and adaptive distortion correction algorithm to emilate the speckle noise and distortion in the image.Manual registration and weighted average fusion algorithm used to stitch blood vessel images in our work and then we designed the GUI that combines all above image processing module.A good result was achieved through the experiment finally.
