In the application of large-scale traffic monitoring scene,the distributed cyber monitoring system based on a variety of computer vision algorithms,such as deep learning,pattern recog-nition and trajectory tracking,has become the mainstream.However,due to the distributed physical distribution of it,each subsystem of the distributed monitoring will return information with time bias,eventually lead to whole system output bias results as well.According to the problem of synchronization time bias in large-scale traffic monitoring system and the problem that other computer vision algorithms based on surveillance video out-put bias results with synchronization time bias,the solution and specific work of this paper are as follows:1.Time bias study of cyber monitoring camera.According to the current time synchroniza-tion method of cyber monitoring camera,it is obtained by principle analysis and experimental test comparing the bias range of synchronization time caused by different methods in ethernet network,and to select the time synchronization method suitable for the research background of this paper.2.Study on the relationship between synchronization time bias and image processing re-sults under traffic monitoring.Aims at the application scenarios of Detecting and Tracking vehicles in highway based on the deep learning,in this paper,constructing the mathematical modeling for a wide range of traffic monitoring,and proofing the success rate of the target vehicle detection in high precision time synchronization monitoring system better than the low precision counterpart by using mathematical derivation and software visualization.Meanwhile,concluding the velocity of detecting vehicle will magnify the effects of success rate based syn-chronization time bias in the same application in city traffic monitoring scene.3.Research on high precision time synchronization monitoring system.Aiming at the impact of the above monitoring system time bias,this paper put forward the distributed traffic monitoring system based on precision time protocol(1588 network protocol),which's struc-ture is mainly composed of 1588 network protocol surveillance cameras and high-performance switches,providing time synchronization signal from Universal Time Coordinated through the GPS server.Secondly,this paper proposes a network scheme of cross-region monitoring system based on GPS time signal for the large-scale deployment.Finally,this paper set up the simulation of highway experimental scenarios based on the above control system,and aims at the scene monitoring system of time synchronization and its monitoring network communication performance and coverage test,the result shows that this monitoring system can output 50 ns?300 ns time deviation monitoring video in the two hundred - meter experiment traffic scenario.Therefore,the research work of this paper is of certain practical value for the large-scale traffic monitoring system with high precision time synchronization.
