Therefore the dissertation focus on the message and methods of message handling.Synchronous system transmission model and IEEE 1588 time synchronization protocol forms a time synchronization system. The time synchronization system provides a way to achieve synchronization network for 3G network transmission of network layer. At the same time, network time synchronization can replace the GPS time synchronization equipment and so on.
