This dissertation, first of all, set up a transmission model for the synchronization system. Transmission model is fully compatible with the past signal communication system and facilitates the conduct of business from top to bottom signal. At the same time, the introduction of a large amount of administrative overhead is provided for the operation and management of network equipment maintenance. This paper expresses a detailed analysis of the synchronous system model about the signal cross model and the classic cross-multicast algorithm, Clos matrix algorithm. This paper provides in-depth analysis under the fully non-blocking cross-matrix conditions. At the same time, an analysis of routing in the network to adjust the case of the blocking conditions is provided. A lot of resources will be wasted for completely non-blocking under multi-group wave conditions. Analysis of the non-blocking conditions for multi-group wave provide a basis and solutions and a detailed description of cross-application cross-synchronous system implementation methods.Then, the dissertation detailedly analyzes the precision clock synchronization system can be applied in 3G and analyzes that a precision clock synchronization principle IEEE 1588. The principle can be applied in Synchronous Digital Hierarchy. And it is shown that Synchronous Digital Hierarchy Simplified the application of clock synchronization principle IEEE 1588 which is used in Ethernet.Then the dissertation detailedly describes that a precision clock synchronization application. The way of Choosing Time source still use the principle in classical simultaneous implementation of the SSM protocol. Therefore the dissertation focus on the message and methods of message handling.Synchronous system transmission model and IEEE 1588 time synchronization protocol forms a time synchronization system. The time synchronization system provides a way to achieve synchronization network for 3G network transmission of network layer. At the same time, network time synchronization can replace the GPS time synchronization equipment and so on. Conditions in the war, The time synchronization system is also a reliable time synchronization equipment.
