In order to ensure the rapid development of economy and the gradual improvement of residents' living standards,the construction of box type substation,as an important link in the transformation and upgrading of distribution network,has been strongly supported by relevant departments.At the same time,with the development of substation automation,some remote unattended technology has been improved.With the increasing number of outdoor substations,video monitoring has been widely used as a key link of box type substation.With the rapid development of box type substation video monitoring system,there are still many defects and hidden security problems in actual operation.In order to improve the hidden technical security problems,this paper studies and discusses the problems existing in the video monitoring of box type substation.Firstly,this paper studies the video monitoring technology of box type substation,studies and analyzes the video processing and target detection technology,uses the background difference technology to complete the detection and analysis of moving targets,and studies and analyzes the video transmission and compression technology.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of the system,the paper designs the hardware selection and software design of the video monitoring system of box type substation.The hardware design of the system is mainly composed of the overall structure design,video monitoring design,access control design,power control module design and so on.The software design is based on the box type substation network topology deployment system architecture,the designed system end adopts C /S architecture,and the field end uses C + + to design communication and video calculation program.The design of moving target detection is based on three frame difference and background difference to extract the target object,and then the object obtained by the two methods is matched to obtain the relatively accurate position information.Finally,the installation and debugging of video monitoring system of box type substation is studied,and the layout scheme of monitoring system is given.The video acquisition and display,moving target detection and debugging are completed.The video monitoring system of the box type substation designed in this paper has a modular architecture.Through the functional design of the video monitoring system of the box type substation,the video monitoring center integrates the subsystems into the monitoring management platform,so as to realize the seamless docking and information sharing among the systems,which makes the application of the video monitoring system more convenient and provides the maintenance personnel of the box type substation with more convenient application A unified monitoring platform is established.At the same time,it improves the automation level of substation maintenance,effectively reduces the work intensity of the staff,improves the system availability and reduces the system maintenance cost.
