Image processing technology is one of the core technologies in monitoring system, especially in the development of intelligent control today, video monitoring system based on video image processing mainly concentrated in the target detection and tracking in two aspects. The article around video target detection and tracking technology, focusing on the video image motion detection, object matching, tracking framework, monitoring control system key technology and method.Specifically, the main research work and contributions focus on the following aspects:The proposed3DOGM(Orthogonal Gaussian-Hermite Moments) motion detection method. According to the video image sequence specific3D characteristics, this paper from the entire video spatial perspective on the motion detection problem. In considering the ID time information at the same time, joined the2D spatial information for motion detection, put forward a kind of spatio-temporal information in the3DOGM motion detection algorithm.3DOGM inherits the time motion detection method has the advantages of fast sex. On the other hand, it gives full play to the unique characteristics of3D video information, has the strong motion extraction ability. In addition, the algorithm also has the effect of resisting interference ability.The proposed ADC (Active Drift Correction) affine registration algorithm. In view of the traditional affine image registration algorithm in algorithm efficiency and robustness with respect to the problem, this paper presents a new solution:the use of synthetic energy instead of the traditional single energy component as an affine registration algorithm of target expressions, namely" synthesize the target energy". Based on this idea, this paper presents active drift correction algorithm (ADC). ADC algorithm by introducing a drift correction, to improve the traditional affine registration algorithm for target energy function to improve the algorithm of drift, ability, improve the robustness of the algorithm. The improved algorithm does not need the traditional algorithm to enhance the robustness and the many complex measures (such as block operation or the two tracking), so the algorithm in efficiency, robustness and has higher comprehensive performance. In addition, the affine registration to track updates are part of the in-depth analysis and optimization.The study on dynamic and static background and application of multiple video object detection and tracking hybrid framework.The study of video monitoring system in image compression, transmission, data flow and system control technology.
