Container transportation plays an important role in the international trade system.Its efficiency improvement has a major impact on the global economic development.From the long-term exploration and practice of port automation in many countries,the introduction of automated container terminal information control system is to improve the port.The main way of operating efficiency,the application of automated container terminal information control system in the global container terminal has become a major trend in the development of logistics technology.The information control system is the most important infrastructure for automating container terminals.Its structure is related to the performance of the entire system.At present,the demand for building an automated container terminal information control system is very strong,but because of the size of the system,the structure is very complicated.If the traditional information system architecture is still used for development,there will be problems such as high development cost,poor adaptability,and difficulty in operation and maintenance.This paper proposes an information control system architecture for automated container terminal production management and equipment control.It has a unified technical standard and computing environment,can be applied to changes in conditions,and has the characteristics of rapid deployment and dynamic reconfiguration.The research contents include: 1)Proposing the idea and method of designing the architecture of the automated container terminal information control system by using the universal control platform technology,and proposing the design requirements of the information control system architecture from the perspective of the automation terminal operation requirements,and discussing the distributed The application of multi-agent software architecture in the terminal information control system;2)The multiple data engine technology as the core of the reliable distributed automation terminal information control system architecture,the terminal information control system architecture is analyzed around the terminal operation process.The main functions and functions of the following agents;3)The distributed computing environment of the terminal information control platform is built,the structure and principle of the data engine technology are discussed,and the distributed data engine agent application method is analyzed for the characteristics of the automated terminal operation.The data communication problem between multiple engines was studied and studied.4)The design method of information control algorithm was proposed.Taking the graphical configuration logic implementation process of gantry crane dynamics model as an example,the design method of related algorithm was discussed.5)Designed and developed the human-computer interaction system,equipment library configuration system and database system of the automated terminal information control platform.6)Propose the concept and calculation framework of the parallel dock as the guiding method of the simulation experiment,and verify the feasibility and scientificity of the automation terminal information control system architecture.All research results have been fully validated in the automated terminal laboratory.The research results show that the automated terminal information control system architecture can meet the needs of automated terminal business,effectively reduce system complexity,and provide new ideas for the application of multi-agent methods in automated terminals.
