Vehicle scheduling problem plays an irreplaceable role in logistics enterprises and is a key optimization link in the field of logistics and distribution. In the process of distribution, the low utilization rate of logistics resources has become an important factor restricting the development of China's logistics industry. The research integrates the logistics resources distributed in different organizations, especially the idle superior resources, according to the specific needs of customers, forming a unified and The shared resource management environment has become an urgent need to enhance the competitiveness of the logistics industry. The use of collaborative distribution can significantly reduce costs and improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution. When the coordinated distribution cooperation in the logistics alliance reaches a certain level, the alliance will generate revenue, but the size of the revenue will continue to stabilize the alliance in the future. The key role, therefore, the distribution of profit after synergy is also of great significance for the study of coordinated delivery vehicle scheduling. This paper studies the problem of coordinated delivery vehicle scheduling.Firstly, based on the integration of logistics resources, considering the characteristics of collaborative distribution,a collaborative delivery vehicle scheduling model is established. The model uses the lowest total cost as the evaluation standard, and adds the penalty function of the delivery time window to the optimization target.A genetic ant colony algorithm was designed to solve the problem. Then, considering the stability of the alliance, the profit generated by the cooperative distribution of the partners is distributed, and the cooperative distribution vehicle scheduling profit model is established. The model uses the mixed genetic ant colony algorithm to solve the problem with the highest total profit as the evaluation standard. The traditional Shapley value method, the maximum entropy method and the improved Shapley value method distribute profits to the partner. Finally, combined with the actual background of the enterprise, taking five companies as examples, using mathematical models and hybrid algorithms to solve and profit distribution, the final result is that coordinated distribution will reduce the number of vehicles, reduce the total cost, and increase the profit of the cooperative partners. The rational distribution is obtained and the stability of the alliance is improved, which proves the validity of the model and algorithm. In this paper, the problem of coordinated delivery vehicle scheduling is considered.Considering the maintenance cost, scheduling cost and transportation cost of the vehicle, the mathematical programming model is established, and the algorithm combined with genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm is used to solve the problem. The Shapley value method takes into account the actual situation of the problem, and the profit allocation plan is more reasonable.
