With the rapid development of social economy and intelligence,location services have received more and more attention.Location services are widely used in smart cars,indoor and outdoor navigation,geographical fences and smart storage.It plays a vital role in our daily lives.In outdoor environment,there are some mature positioning and navigation systems,such as BDS,GPS and GLONASS.However,in the complex indoor building environment,these positioning and navigation systems can not effectively carry out indoor positioning due to their poor penetration of positioning signals.At present,in order to achieve high-precision positioning in indoor environment,additional network elements need to be deployed to cover the indoor area to be located.But,the traditional network element layout optimization algorithm can not make indoor positioning network achieve satisfactory positioning effect in indoor environment.Therefore,this paper researches the network element layout methods for the coverage and positioning accuracy of indoor positioning network.The main works of this paper is as follows:First of all,in order to achieve the purpose of high-precision positioning in indoor positioning network,this paper proposes a heterogeneous network element layout model with joint optimization of indoor and outdoor network elements.In terms of outdoor network element layout,this paper proposes a fusion algorithm based on the beetle colony antennae search algorithm and the cuckoo search algorithm for network element layout optimization,and respectively improves the beetle colony antennae search algorithm and the cuckoo search algorithm in the fusion algorithm.It is more suitable for indoor positioning network element layout application scenarios.Based on the algorithm which composed of the beetle colony antennae search algorithm and the cuckoo search algorithm for network element layout optimization,the relatively optimal layout of outdoor network elements is achieved,leading the the coverage capacity and positioning accuracy of the indoor positioning network can be improved effectively.Secondly,after the optimal layout of the outdoor network elements,there may still be problems in the effective coverage of the positioning signal network or insufficient positioning accuracy in the local target area,and the supplementary layout of micro network elements in indoor environment is studied.In this paper,a supplement algorithm of micro network element based on rectangular layout is proposed,which can achieve the goal of joint optimization of outdoor network elements and indoor network elements,and further improve the effective coverage and positioning accuracy of indoor positioning network.Finally,through the comparison of simulation experiments in typical simulation scenarios,it is verified that the network element layout optimization algorithm based on the beetle colony antennae search algorithm and the cuckoo search algorithm can effectively improve the coverage and positioning accuracy of indoor positioning network after optimizing the layout of outdoor network elements.On the basis of the optimal layout of outdoor network elements,the simulation results show that the indoor micro network element supplementary algorithm proposed in this paper has more advantages in the effect of supplementary layout.
