Under the background of the present social principal contradiction,people pay more attention to is a feeling,happiness and security.Modern control system,its large scale and complexity is high,the safety and reliability of system is especially attention.Then,the fault-tolerant control studied is an effective guarantee for the safe and stable operation of equipment and the high complexity system to reduce the accident rate.Fault diagnosis technology as the basis of fault-tolerant control is very popular,among which fault estimation with detection and isolation function is also an important research direction at present.All above,the significant reasons for the research of estimation and control in this paper.Lipschitz nonlinear system's fault estimation and fault tolerant control is solved in this paper.The main tasks are as follows:(1)A Integrated Estimation Observer(IO)is designed for a class of Lipschitz nonlinear systems with faults,which has the advantages of Robust Estimation Observer(REO)and Adaptive Estimation Observer(AEO).Firstly,the fault estimator in the IO fully designs the measurable output information,introducing more adjustable parameters and not including the output derivative.Secondly,the design of Lyapunov function is more generalized,and the stability condition that makes the error dynamic system less conservative is proposed,so the fault estimation accuracy can be improved.The observer is suitable for the case that the coefficient matrix of output and fault does not meet the matching condition.The simulation example illustrates the feasibility and superiority.(2)An estimation observer method based on state-output separation for a class of Lipschitz nonlinear systems with faults is proposed to further improve the IO.This method makes the design conditions more relaxed,applicable to more general system environment,and easy to be implemented in practical projects.At the same time,the fault can be estimated accurately.A simulation example shows the feasibility and superiority of the method.(3)A class of Lipschitz nonlinear control system with actuator fault,firstly,a convergent fault-tolerant control strategy based on output stateful description is designed,which contains equation constraints to ensure asymptotic stability of the closed-loop fault system.Furthermore,an iterative fault-tolerant controller design algorithm which can effectively deal with equation constraints is proposed.The approximate controller designed by the iterative algorithm can approach the original controller better.The simulation example illustrates the feasibility and superiority.
