In recent years,with the rapid development of China's national economy,all walks of life are also facing increasingly fierce competition,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises because of their low ability to resist risks,in the process of development is even more difficult.Although the managers of small and medium-sized private enterprises pay more attention to the enterprise salary management,due to the backward management concept and the old salary system,it is difficult to play an incentive role,which has become an obstacle to the sustainable development of enterprises.In the outline of the 14th five-year plan,it is emphasized to stimulate the innovative vitality of talents and strengthen the cultivation of innovative,applied and skilled talents.Among the enterprise salary system,the merit and demerit of the pay for performance scheme will be very important to the cultivation and promotion of talents,and will also have a huge impact on the development of enterprises.Based on the relevant theories of salary system and incentive theory,the reasonable optimization design of performance salary system of small and medium-sized enterprises is beneficial to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise talents.KS internet technology companies is an internet company mainly engaged in short video,animation production and development.This study takes the employees of the enterprise as the main object,and uses the questionnaire survey method to find the problems existing in the pay for performance scheme of the enterprise.The main contents include the lack of clear position salary,the lack of direct connection between the performance salary and the actual work performance,the unsatisfactory structure of the performance salary,the lack of focus of the salary policy,the imperfect performance appraisal mechanism,and the lack of effective management system.The salary scheme lacks incentive.In order to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and reserve talent resources,we optimize the salary scheme of technical employees,marketing employees and management employees according to the relevant theories and incentive theories of salary system,and put forward the guarantee measures of performance salary optimization scheme,which mainly include publicity and communication guarantee measures,organizational structure guarantee measures,body system guarantee measures,and so on performance appraisal security countermeasures.
