With the rapid development of science and technology in contemporary society,new technologies are emerging one after another,financial management models are becoming more and more diversified,and financial sharing is a new concept that has emerged to adapt to new financial management models.On the surface,the financial sharing center is to set up a department,center or subsidiary to provide financial sharing services to the group.In essence,it integrates repetitive and standardized businesses,sorts out operating procedures,optimizes the system,and achieves improved efficiency,reduced labor costs,and strengthened the group.The goal of management and control of subsidiaries and branches.Now more and more companies have began to establish financial sharing center,but some problem have also appeared in the construction and application of financial sharing center.There is no standardization of operating procedure,low level of enterprise informationization,sound communication mechanisms,and insufficient system.The evaluation system and other aspects are not reasonable enough,so that the operating cost of the financial sharing center is high,and the efficiency is not obvious,which affects customer satisfaction.Based on this,the subject mainly use case analysis to analyze the application status and problems of T Insurance Group's Financial Sharing Center,and propose optimization strategies for corresponding problems.T Insurance Group has established a financial sharing service center for 10 years.It is one of the earliest insurance companies that established a financial sharing center.The financial sharing center service of T Insurance Group covers 5 independent subsidiaries and more than 400 under the industry.The accounting unit has strong service experience,but there are many areas for optimization and improvement in shared services.First of all,in terms of theoretical research,this article summarizes the basic theory of financial sharing from two aspects:basic concepts and theoretical roots,and expounds the application status of the financial sharing service center from the establishment and development process and application results.In terms of case studies,the 10-year development history of the Financial Sharing Center was introduced from the aspects of operation mode,function positioning,system architecture,and big data application.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of T Insurance Group operating the financial sharing center,find out the existing problems,including:system and process problems,personnel management problems,customer service problems,risk control problems,big data and artificial intelligence application problems;At the same time propose the corresponding optimization strategy.Finally,summarize the implementation of the financial sharing center,and draw the conclusion:T Insurance Group has used the financial sharing center to achieve the goal of improving efficiency and saving labor costs,but it needs to reorganize the process and use artificial intelligence technology to transform the system to achieve the system The goal of high degree of automation,smooth processes,reduced risks,and is conducive to the career development of employees,and a prospect for the future development direction of the financial sharing center.
