In recent years, with the rapid development of 5G technology,5G base stations have been laid in a large number of countries around the world.5G base station antenna uses Massive-MIMO technology, which improves the performance of low delay. The allocation of antennas for different purposes on a single communication platform can improve space utilization. However, when the array elements of different frequency bands are close to each other, the array will be in a very complex electromagnetic environment, which makes the array elements interfere with each other and unable to complete their respective work well. After sorting out the current research status at home and abroad and briefly describing the radiation principle of antenna and antenna array, this paper achieves the purpose of alleviating the cross-band mutual interference between elements by adjusting the array topology. The specific work is as follows:First of all, thesis uses two dual-polarized compact dipole antennas of 0.69?0.96 GHz and 1.7?2.7 GHz respectively to form a typical dual-band dual-polarization array antenna, profoundly analyzes the causes of cross-band interference between different arrays in essence, and sorts out the influence of antenna polarization.Secondly, the topological structure of the typical dual-band dual-polarization array antenna is optimized.By shifting the low-frequency element in the axial direction and the high-frequency element in the radial direction, the reflection coefficient and pattern of the array in the working band are greatly improved. However this simple topology technology can not eliminate the interference between elements,so in this paper, based on the above work, the low-frequency array is changed into the antenna with a choke structure, and tilt high-frequency elements, make the reflection coefficient of the array antenna within 1.64?2.73 GHz is less than-15 dB,the half-power beamwidth of its main beam is kept within 57°?70°,and the gain stability is kept within 11.4?12.1 dBi,which reduces the interference between different elements to the greatest extent. Finally, the modified array is extended to a massive array antenna.Since electric field coupling still exists between each column element, this paper uses a design that displaces the element axially to reduce the interference of each column element to other columns. The dual-band dual-polarization array designed in this paper has the advantages of small size and low cost and can be used in the communication frequency band of 3G and 4G base stations at the same time.It has broad commercial prospects and is a good choice for the future reuse of array antennas.
