As a major genetic material,DNA is an essential biomacromolecule for the development and normal operation of organisms.With the rapid development of molecular biotechnology,DNA,as a natural nanomaterial,has been widely used in various fields,among which DNA-based logic circuits play an indispensable role in biological sensing,intelligent transportation and other aspects.Compared with general physical materials,DNA,as a biological material,has the advantages of small size and good biocompatibility.Compared with chemical reagents,using DNA single strand as the input and output of logic is convenient to realize the cascade of circuits.According to different requirements,three kinds of DNA logic gate construction strategies are proposed in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:First,a two-input XOR gate calculation model based on DNA strand substitution is proposed,and the model is extended to the three-input XOR gate calculation model.The model takes the DNA single strand as the input and reads the solution through the fluorescence concentration,which is simpler than the previous design of XOR gate logic circuit.Second,an XOR gate calculation model with controllable output time was proposed.The logic output of the model was based on the position relationship between nanoparticles and DNA origami substrate,and the path length of the walker on the origami substrate could be artificially adjusted to control the output time of the logic gate.Third,this paper puts forward a scalable DNA logic circuit construction strategy,the chain of chain of input and output of the model are single-stranded DNA,input of single DNA and are fixed on the DNA origami basal hybridization in the hairpin structure of chain reaction,digital with fluorescent molecules to form in the DNA origami,these Numbers can be directly obtained by atomic force microscopy.The simulation software verified the feasibility of a series of reaction processes in the model.This strategy can also be used to build medium-scale DNA logic circuits.In this paper,logic circuits based on DNA chain replacement,DNA walker and hybrid chain reaction are designed respectively.The design of the logic circuit reaction principle from simple and efficient DNA chain replacement reaction,to time-controlled DNA walkers to visible hybrid chain reaction,can be used for different needs.These designs not only provide new ideas for the construction of DNA logic circuits,but also hope to realize large-scale logic circuits.Figure[35]table[5]reference[74]...
