With the development of science and technology,scientific research has entered a new model of data-based and networked knowledge evolution,data-driven knowledge network research has become the focus of current research.However,traditional knowledge network research has problems such as incomplete analysis of knowledge attributes,not in-depth exploration of knowledge outreach relationships,and inaccurate description of interdisciplinary research and topic evolution,etc.How to model and represent the knowledge network,and describe the structure and evolution of the knowledge network has become a topic of great research value.This dissertation based on the science and network science research,introduce memes concept,interdisciplinary research and topic evolution research,sort out knowledge attributes,external relations and the modeling method of knowledge network,study the construction of knowledge network and evolution mechanism,explore the knowledge network research and analysis of interdisciplinary topic research and evolution.The main work is reflected in the following points:(1)The part of network construction explores the construction method of microknowledge network.We introduced the concept of meme into the knowledge network then obtain the micro-representation of knowledge.Further,the correlation coefficient between memes is proposed to describe the knowledge outreach relationship.Finally,Meme Correlation Network(MCN)is constructed,which lays the foundation of knowledge network for interdisciplinary research and topic evolution.(2)The part of evolution mechanism explores the interdisciplinary topic and topic evolution mechanism of the knowledge network.In the interdisciplinary topic research section,we explore the basis,purpose and experimental procedures of interdisciplinary research,and explain the classic second-generation biodiversity method,and propose the Field Similarity measurement method,thus laying the theoretical foundation for interdisciplinary measurement.In the topic evolution part,we explain the key technologies of systematic topic evolution,including hot topic discovery,evolution path identification and topic evolution analysis.(3)The part of experimental verification verifies the accuracy and scientific research significance of the ideas and experimental results.The experiment uses physics authoritative journal literature as a data set to construct a Meme Correlation Network in physics,then achieve interdisciplinary research and topic evolution research in physics,and verify the accuracy and practical significance of the results from multiple aspects.The experiment results show that the Meme Correlation Network constructed successfully portrays the micro-knowledge network and its community structure,and further obtains two application results.The first is to obtain the correlation between the interdisciplinary knowledge of physics and the hot topics in the interdisciplinary topic research;the second is to obtain the evolution law and development trend of the physics subject from the topic evolution research.
