Research On The Quality Management Of D Company's E-commerce Data Warehouse Project

Data warehouse can not only govern mass data well,but also extract data value through data mining,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and find new growth points for enterprises.However,in the recent ten years of the Internet tide,domestic enterprises gradually began the construction of information,and at the beginning of the information construction only focused on the integration or upgrade of business systems,but ignored the management of data.With the advent of the information age,enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of data quality to the development of enterprises.Therefore,the quality management of data warehouse is paid more and more attention by enterprises,and how to do the quality management of data warehouse has become the focus of enterprises to explore the direction.At the beginning of this paper,author presented CMMI,quality management,e-commerce,PDCA,data warehouse and other related references.After that,the current situation and existing problems of the e-commerce data warehouse of D Company are analyzed,and the solutions to the problems are summarized from the five perspectives of prevention,monitoring,degradation,recovery and reworking.According to the problems faced,the corresponding process areas are selected from CMMI,and the continuous representation of CMMI is used to take PDCA cycle as the driving force of process optimization,and the continuous improvement of data quality indicators as the measuring standard.A data warehouse quality management model is proposed.Finally,the model is applied to the company's data warehouse quality management practice,the design of quality management program and implementation,and finally achieved a very good implementation effect,significantly improve the quality of data warehouse.
