Research On The Application Of Multi-Project Management Theory In A Company Information Platform Design

In recent years,project management has made great achievements in our country.However,with the continuous development of the economy and the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises,more and more enterprises are facing the operation of multiple projects,while the traditional single project management method has been compared with It's not suitable.Under this circumstance,the enterprise should proceed from its own strategic development goals to effectively manage its multi-projects.In the process of managing the multi-projects of the enterprise,the management process and methods should be sorted out to build a multi-project management information platform.This paper takes A company as the object of case study,based on the literature research on multi-project management,project management information system,etc.,sorts out the current situation of A company's multi-project management,and summarizes its plans in the process of multi-project management.In order to solve the problems of lack of rigor,chaotic management,weak monitoring power,and lack of data support,in response to these practical problems,the idea of building an information platform was proposed,and the overall functional structure of the idea was designed.Through the management of multiple projects The WBS management,plan preparation,schedule management,quality management,etc.were sorted out,and then detailed demand analysis was carried out.After that,the technical architecture and data relationship of the platform were proposed.On this basis,the functional modules were designed,and finally The system was implemented and tested.Through the promotion and implementation of this system,the problem of information islands in the single project management process of A company has been solved,and the information collaboration and resource sharing of multi-project management have been strengthened,which has a certain degree of work efficiency and product competitiveness of A company The lifting effect.This paper starts from the design plan of company A's multi-project management information platform,and the view construction conforms to company A's multi-project management model,hoping to provide company A and other similar companies with new management concepts and ideas.
