As a B2C mode of online retail in e-commerce,large scale online supermarket sells millions of commodities on a daily basis,which greatly facilitates people's daily life and meets people's increasingly diversified consumer needs.While the new mode and new form of shopping brings convenience,there are also great challenges in its development and operation mode.Due to the limitation of inventory capacity and the different storage conditions of all kinds of goods,the online supermarket configures multiple warehouses in the same city to solve the storage problem of its own goods,thus forming a number of independent classified warehouses to store and sort goods.Multiple warehouses independently complete the fulfillment of split orders.As a result,an order can only be delivered to customers by multiple times,which brings high disturbance to customers and high cost to e-commerce.Therefore,in order to reduce the number of scattered distribution as the goal of order consolidation work has become a large online supermarket facing the urgent task.In this paper,aiming at the sorting problem of multi-warehouse orders in online supermarket under multi-warehouse in one metropolitan area,the paper introduces the idea of collaborative production,and puts forw ard the optimization method of multi-warehouse collaborative sorting for multi-warehouse orders in large scale online supermarket by comprehensively optimizing the transportation path between the order batch and the warehouse to the distribution center.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis and solving principle of multi-item orders multi-warehouse collaborative sorting problem.Firstly,the paper analyzes the order sorting process between multiple warehouses and the collaborative sorting problem of multiple warehouses in online supermarket.Then analyzes the three factors that affect the multi-item orders and multi-storehouse collaborative sorting,such as order,warehouse and distribution center,expounds the complexity of solving the problem,introduces the idea of collaborative production,and puts forward the principle of solving the problem.(2)Multi-item order multi-warehouse collaborative sorting optimization model.Considering the coordination of order fulfillment in multiple warehouses,an optimization model of multi-warehouse collaborative sorting for multi-item orders was established with the objective of minimizing the time difference of each unpacked package of all orders to the target distribution center and the constraints of vehicle loading capacity,and the solving complexity of the model was analyzed.(3)Solving algorithm of multi-item orders multi-warehouse collaborative sorting problem.Combining the characteristics of the problem and the model,a two-stage heuristic algorithm including C-W saves algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed based on the idea of layering.The first stage is to use the C-W saving algorithm to generate the transportation route scheme from the warehouse to the distribution center,and the second stage is to use the genetic algorithm to generate the optimal order batch scheme.(4)Numerical example analysis.The model and algorithm proposed in this paper are further verified by constructing an example of online supermarket order characteristics under the inventory mode of "multiple positions in one place".In this paper,the idea of collaborative production is used for reference,and through collaborative sorting and transportation of split orders among warehouses,multiple split packages of a single order can be merged in the distribution center.In this paper,the vehicle routing problem of warehouse and distribution center is integrated into the order batch problem,and a two-stage heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The validity of the method in this paper is verified.The research of this paper provides a new solution idea and method for the multi-item orders sorting problem in the online supermarket under the environment of "multi-warehouse in one metropolitan area",which helps to improve the scientific and practicability of order picking.
