With the rapid development of Internet e-commerce and the rising purchasing power of people,numerous large e-commerce shopping festivals have emerged.While promoting consumption and improving people's quality of life level,courier service enterprises have been presented with greater opportunities and challenges.In response to the current phenomenon that delivery outlets and end stations under courier service enterprises are under great pressure during large e-commerce shopping festivals and their own delivery capacity is insufficient to support the delivery of a large number of couriers,the thesis researches courier task scheduling,applies the crowdsourcing model to courier task delivery,provides task allocation methods and crowdsourced distributor scheduling methods for courier task crowdsourcing delivery,builds an efficient and convenient courier crowdso urcing.The study will provide a task allocation method and a crowdsourcing dispatcher dispatching method for courier task crowdsourcing delivery,build an efficient and convenient courier crowdsourcing task dispatching scheme,design and develop a courier crowdsourcing delivery task dispatching system,and realise courier task delivery under the crowdsourcing mode.Specifically,this includes work in the following areas.To address the problems of high rejection rate and high mobility of crowdsourced delivery workers nowadays,by analyzing the impact of the incentive mechanism on task allocation in the crowdsourced delivery model,an incentive-based courier crowdsourced delivery task allocation model is established with the goal of maximizing the revenue of the crowdsourced delivery platform,considering the large number of courier crowdsourced delivery tasks,a location-and weight-based courier crowdsourced delivery task loading method is proposed,and the tasks are allocated in the form of task The task is assigned in the form of a set,the reverse auction-based courier crowdsourcing delivery task assignment algorithm is designed for solving the task,and the special cases that may occur when assigning the task are handled,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is analyzed through comparison experiments with other two incentive mechanisms corresponding to the crowdsourcing delivery task assignment algorithm.In order to meet the demand for convenient and fast distribution tasks for crowdsourced distributors and to solve the current problems of unfamiliar terrain and low efficiency of distributors in the distribution process,a crowdsourced distributor scheduling model based on path planning is proposed,with the goal of minimising the overall distribution path length,a variable neighbourhood search algorithm and a heuristic algorithm are designed and implemented for the problem model,a simulation experimental environment is generated and compared with a crowdsourced task allocation algorithm based on ant co lony planning,and the performance of the algorithm is analysed based on the experimental results.On the foundation of the above mentioned theoretical research,this paper explores the business model of crowdsourcing distribution mode for courier task and crowdsourcing distribution mode for courier task,analyses the main participants in the mode and their corresponding functional requirements,clarifies the core business process of crowdsourcing distribution mode for courier task,and designs the overall architecture of crowdsourcing distribution task scheduling system for courier.According to the functional requirements and system architecture,this paper designs business function modules and core databases,implements the system,and elaborates the core business functions,completes the application of the methods proposed in the paper and the test of the system.
