Design And Implementation Of Full Text Retrieval System

As the scale of an enterprise continues to increase,the number of documents owned by an enterprise is also increasing.Due to the large number of these documents and their scattered distribution,business personnel of an enterprise will spend a lot of time and energy when they want to obtain the documents they need.This will not only reduce the work efficiency of the business staff,but also cause the loss of important documents due to improper management,which will cause great losses to the enterprise.Therefore,it is important to design a full-text retrieval system to manage and retrieve documents in enterprises.The thesis first introduces the background and significance of the subject and related technologies.Analyze the roles and functions of the system according to the actual business needs of the enterprise.Complete the overall design,interface design and database design of the system according to the results of the demand analysis.Finally,according to the modular design concept,the system is divided into six modules:full-text retrieval,document management,document real-time popularity ranking,system log,and system management.The system management module solves the management problems of user information,department information,and document library information.The full text retrieval module solves the user's need for document retrieval.The document paragraph retrieval module can perform paragraph-level retrieval for each paragraph of the uploaded document.The document management module helps users upload and parse multiple types of documents,and provides functions such as modification and deletion.The document real-time popularity ranking module is implemented using real-time data stream processing technology.First extract the user's click document behavior data.Then the data is collected,and finally the real-time click popularity ranking of documents is obtained through real-time calculation.The system log module uses log processing technology to collect,analyze,and finally visualize the system log.Administrators can monitor system operation,error reporting,and access behavior of different users through the system log function at all times.The paper has completed all the development of the full-text retrieval system.The system helps business personnel manage and retrieve the documents they need,and provides friendly interactive pages for them,which improves the work efficiency of business personnel.
