Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Knowledge Document Retrieval Management System

With the rapid development of computer technology,more and more electronic documents also appeared.For each enterprise,there is a large number of enterprise information,which increases the demand for interactive communication and learning exchange between employees.The management of knowledge documents has become an important work for enterprises,and the enterprise is focused on knowledge document management,which aims to strengthen communication and coordination of employees' work.However,there is a big problem for most of the current search function of enterprises are stored in the relational database,this will lead to retrieval is not comprehensive enough,the retrieval speed is not fast enough to meet the normal needs of employees.This system mainly adopts the SSH framework for architecture,using Oracle database,Lucene technology.Through the analysis and overall design of the enterprise knowledge document retrieval management system,this system can be divided into five function module,knowledge document management module,document classification management module,full text search module,user management module and rights management module.Through the system architecture design,database design,and detailed design,the function of each function module are implemented.For the core of the full text retrieval module,the first to use unified text extraction technology to PDF,Word and Excel types of documents into plain text,and then the document is processed by word segmentation,indexing,sorted by Lucene document correlation formula will users to retrieve the results display that arrange in accordance with user requirements document on the front.Finally,the test tool was used to test the whole system,and the test conclusion was obtained.Enterprise knowledge document retrieval management system can effectively accumulate information about the company's business information and technical documents,conversion and sharing of knowledge to employees of the document,to achieve full-text search function.To facilitate the study of technical and business,improve the efficiency of work,and accelerate the learning ability of new members.
