| With the rapid development of broadband Internet services,optical communication network has been extended to offices and families.The exponential growth of data traffic,the rise of bandwidth occupied applications such as high-definition video,IP voice,media download,file sharing and video conference have led to a huge increase in fiber demand in the whole network.The total cost of manual solutions has increased dramatically due to labor time,inventory errors,and network downtime.In order to further popularize optical communication network,it is very important to reduce the operating cost.In order to provide high reliability service and reduce operation cost,network operators have a strong demand for aodf.In order to avoid the high cost and the optical fiber winding problem and the low reliability of the fiber actuator and the dependent on continuous power supply and the low reliability of the optical fiber actuator in the manual solution,and to improve the automation and intelligence level of the fiber distribution process,this paper designs a network fiber automatic distribution robot.This paper designs and develops the control system of the network fiber automatic distribution robot,which is mainly divided into the following parts.Firstly,this paper presents a new design scheme of the network fiber automatic distribution robot in theory,introduces the principle of fiber distribution,designs the mechanism of the robot,builds the virtual prototype,and designs and develops the network actual prototype.Secondly,the paper designs the control system of the network fiber automatic distribution robot,builds the hardware system,designs the software system,and designs the rule algorithm of the fiber jumper to avoid the fiber winding.Third,the paper carries out the simulation experiment of the virtual prototype of the network fiber automatic distribution robot,and carries on the fiber distribution experiment to the actual prototype,and compares and analyzes the experimental results;The positioning experiment was carried out and the experimental data were analyzed.At last,the paper summarizes the research contents of the network fiber automatic distribution robot,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the performance of the network fiber automatic distribution robot from the hardware and software aspects,and prospects the following research work. |
