| Natural language, which is distinguished from constructed and formal languages such as those used to program computers or to study logic,is always affected by factors such as temporal and spatial mismatch, language fuzziness and cultural differences,as a result, information can hardly be conveyed efficiently and accurately, but fortunately social robots,an autonomous robot that interacts and communicates with humans or other autonomous physical agents by following social behaviors and rules attached to its role,is emerging due to technological advances and can be used to compensate for the limitation of natural language. In this thesis, artificial intelligence, social robot and related concepts will all be clearly elaborated and the development of status through questionnaire survey and literature will be sorted out. After that, the prerequisites for the existence of human-computer communication are analyzed in terms of both the communication mode and social attributes of social robots.Meanwhile, through semi-structured interviews,it clarifies new and old users’ perceptions of human-computer communication, including perceptions of AI and social robots,of human-computer communication and interpersonal communication,of social robots’ body and gender, and of social robots’ emotions;clarifies new and old users’ cognitive changes from three aspects;the degree of communication depth,of cognitive transformation and of machine inclusion;explores the factors that cause cognitive transformation, covering the body described by technology, the personalized galaxy constructed, the audience digital curiosity, the emotional attachment formed and so on;reveals the impact of human-computer communication on self-communication,group communication and mass communication, which involves breaking self-perception limits, dissolving inherent group boundaries and reshaping masspersonal communication. In addition,human-computer cross-border dialogues can fall into the human-computer communication dilemma. From the perspective of technology,human-computer dialogues will have problems such as blurred machine positioning and machine attributes, controlled machine and machine resistance struggle, and misalignment of technical upper boundary and usage lower boundary. From the perspective of human individuals,human-computer communication will deconstruct and reconstruct individual cognition, and individuals will be caught in the information cocoon and digital cage, and even lose their critical and rational spirit. From the perspective of human society,human-computer communication can lead to problems such as being lost in the "chased charm" and "endowed charm" of technology, conflicts between data collection and privacy and security, emotional trust required by communication and fear of machine awakening, and concerns about group breakup and human alienation. In response to the human-computer communication dilemma, the author suggests improving technology, making technology independent, and establishing technical rationality to build a human-computer ecology;laws binding machine builders and robots themselves establish digital rules to enable human empowerment;Mankind clarifies the relationship between man and machine, accommodates the superorganism in diversity, and establishes its different relationships to achieve ultimate care. |
